Each of the bank has a credit specialist, with expert knowledge of the Ogre Apartments project. Therefore, the decision regarding the awarding of financing will be made as quickly as possible and the document preparation procedure will be fast and efficient.

The size of the initial deposit, when buying the flat or apartment with bank funding, ranges from 5-15% of the flat or apartment purchase price.

Under the auspices of the State home buying support programme, families with children and young specialists can receive a mortgage loan with favourable terms and conditions for an initial deposit. Large families can receive a reduced State duty for registering ownership rights in the Land Register – it is just 0.5% of the value of the immovable property.
